Dr. Dora Hoan Dr. Dora Hoan, Founder and Group CEO of Best World International, is one of Singapore ’s acknowledged women business leaders, with over 30 years of experience as a direct selling expert. She founded Best World in 1990, and evolved it from a humble local enterprise into the first and only public listed direct selling company in Singapore . Under her leadership, Best World has become a recognized Asian company with a presence in 16 countries, and an emerging global player in the direct selling industry. Her passion for direct selling and visionary leadership became the driving force that transformed the lives of thousands of distributor-entrepreneurs across the region. Dr. Hoan shares her leadership skills by actively participating in the community. She was elected President of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) in 2001. She initiated the Singapore Promising Brand Award (SPBA) with Lianhe Zaobao, now an institutionalized annual recognition that has revolutionized the mindset of local companies in employing branding as a key strategic tool for global business integration. Dr. Hoan has a double PhD in Business Admininistration.
