Ed Ludbrook is an internationally best-selling author, speaker, trainer and consultant on the subject of Direct Sales strategy and leadership.

Working in more than twenty countries of Europe and Asia each year, Ed is considered the World’s Direct Sales Leadership authority and is the President of Direct Sales University, a Direct Sales Leadership Development Organisation.

Whilst Ed is a New Zealander, he has spent most of his 20 year career working in Europe where he is the leading Direct Sales author and trainer who has sold over 2 million books and audios in 20 languages. He known for his strategic vision for the Direct Sales industry and his book on this subject has sold more than one million copies.

Ed has advised more than 100 Direct Sales organisations, from Avon to Zepter, producing more than $1billion of new sales based on his strategies.

He has achieved the highest field leadership position in a Direct Sales company and senior leadership positions in four Direct Sales companies, including Chairman of two public companies. He is independent of any company.

He is a graduate of the one of the world’s leading Army officer colleges, Australia's Royal Military College Duntroon. After retiring from the Army he had careers in banking, strategic consulting and entrepreneurial ventures.
