Please refer to the checklist for enclosures to be submitted to DSAS. Upon receipt of your Application for Membership, you shall undergo an "Observation Period" of six (6) months, during which the DSAS Committee will conduct investigations concerning business behaviour and credit rating. The results will be considered prior to a vote on the application by the Executive Committee after an interview by the Membership Sub-Committee.

Proceeding of application cannot be completed until all questions are answered and requested materials received. This application must be accompanied by the applicant's cheque payable to "Direct Selling Association of Singapore" for the initial payment of Entrance Fee, in accordance with the following dues scheduled. Dues are not refundable after final acceptance of membership application by DSAS.

However, an administrative charge of $500/- will be deducted from the payment should you decide to withdraw your application before it has been considered by the Executive Committee.

Entrance Fee:

On submission of application form: $2,000.00

On confirmation of membership: $3,000.00

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Current Fees:

Revenue Less than 10 Million: $1,700 | Revised Fees: $2,000

Revenue between 10 - 20 Million: $2,800 | Revised Fees: $3,500

Revenue above 20 Million: $6,000 | Revised Fees: $7,000

STATEMENT OF INTENT

Membership in DSAS is predicated upon acceptance of an adherence to all rules and regulations adopted by DSAS, including the DSAS Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Completion of this application signifies your intent to be bound by such rules and regulations.

The completed Application, with all enclosures (refer checklist), including a cheque for $2,000/- to cover your initial payment of Entrance Fee, should be mailed to DSAS Secretariat at Newton P.O Box 0127, Singapore 912205.
